All sales are final !!!! no refunds or exchanges unless I made a mistake with your order. 

Once the package goes into the hands of USPS and we send you your tracking number we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged ,or stolen packages.

On regular occasions we ship within 1-10 business days. We are open Monday -Saturday from 9am to 10pm.
